Cancel a subscription

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future charges; PicPrep keeps working until the end of the time you have paid for, and after that it still opens every project.

Cancel online. Open your subscription at Polar and choose Cancel. Polar sends a sign-in code to the email address you bought with. Inside PicPrep, the same page is at Settings → Licence → Manage subscription.

Or send a cancellation notice. Write the email for me (it opens your mail program with the notice written; add your name and the email address you bought with), or write to [email protected] yourself.

Or by post or phone. Tal Afek, [postal address], Israel. [phone number].

Money back. Within 14 days of any payment you get a full refund, for any reason: say so in your notice. See the refund policy.

In Israel. Your cancellation takes effect within three business days of your notice. The part of the price for the time after that is returned within 14 days, with no cancellation fee.
